Movement Challenge

About

Walking is super important to reversing Insulin Resistance. But not to lose weight. At least not directly. A walk that is timed correctly can have a huge impact on your healing journey. It doesn't have to be super long or intense. In fact, low intensity is required in the beginning to have the most impact. 10-15 minutes a few times a day immediately after meals will make the biggest difference as it will facilitate the usage of the carbs just eaten, requiring the body to produce less insulin to take care of your spiking sugar levels. The less insulin flowing thru the body, the less insulin resistant you become. As your insulin resistance comes down, so does your high blood pressure and your weight and your anxiety among so many more things. Your energy will increase and your outlook on life will improve.
